Directions
- Cut tops and bottoms off onions and remove skin. Cut onion into eighths, being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom. In 2-quart microwave-safe dish, arrange onions. Slightly separate onion petals and evenly insert garlic between the petals. Evenly spread Promise® Buttery Spread on onion tops. Microwave covered at HIGH 15 minutes or until onions are tender. In blender or food processor, process onions until smooth.
- Serve spread on bread, pita, crackers or even as a dip for vegetables.
