I made a small amount for some leftover vindaloo and it was just delicious. I skipped the pepper and added various amounts of salt, cucumber, and cilantro to plain Greek yogurt until I got the taste right. I let the cucumber loosen the yogurt to get the right consistency, and it was perfect. Thanks for posting the recipe with encouragement to alter as desired!
