- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lbs)
- 1 jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups converted rice (or regular rice)
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 oz., thawed)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
- In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, combine Pasta Sauce, water, rice and spinach. Arrange chicken on rice mixture.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
