Love this recipe. The only thing I did different was I left out the olives, but it was still very good!

Really yum. Have made it several times and will make it again. Whole family loves it!

Really fast and easy. my family does not like mushrooms so I used chopped sweet peppers. I also added in kidney beans and fire roasted diced tomatoes. and served over brown rice. My family likes spice so to spice it up some they added frank's red hot sauce to their own plates. I would definitely make this again.

This is the first time I cook in my life, and this was absolutely AMAZING! I don't want to imagine how good it would be if made by a decent cook ^^
While I'm not expert, I think I would enjoy it even more with rice.
I can see myself making that dish monthly.
Thank you for sharing this recipe

😮 really good. Didn’t use the sun dried tomatoes as my wife’s not a fan. Definitely on the do again list!

Love, love, love. Skipped the mushrooms since I had nine at the time but I just lived this recipe, certainly a repeat.

It was great! I roasted heirloom tomatoes instead of just using regular tomato’s and I used kalamata olives instead of black olives.

One of the best meals... I added fresh uncooked & unpeeled shrimp tails to the mix and OMG... Very very good & easy

Tried it out camping. Nice healthy option. We talked about canned chicken and tomatoes for next time to save us a few steps and eliminate chicken in the cooler

It was just okay. I added like others, artichoke hearts, chicken stock since there wasn't any sauce snd Parmesan cheese . I think I'm one and done with this one.

Amazing flavour for such a simple dish .. I added the honey and balsamic when cooking the chicken ... Gives it a nice colour and keeps the chicken moist. I used tenderloins instead of breast as well. I also added artichoke hearts because I had a couple lying around as well as some cayenne pepper for added kick. Highly recommend this simple winter warmer. 👍

Really solid recipe, very good and simple!! I didn't drain the beans and instead added a little corn starch + water to thicken it up into a nice sauce, then served it over pasta topped with fresh arugula! Delicious, healthy, and easy for a great weekday dinner. 😃

This is definitely a keeper.I always use thighs instead of breasts for extra flavor, increase the garlic a bit, and salt and pepper each layer of ingredients. Awesome flavor and I will be making this again.

I love the flavor of this recipe, but I'm a lazy cook, so this seemed like a lot of work to me. I substituted chickpeas for the cannelini beans and halved cherry tomatoes for the diced tomatoes. Also only used 1/2 tsp of thyme, as I find a little goes a long way. I've been nibbling on it and decided it can be made without the chicken, maybe adding another bean in its place, and voila! Vegetarian. And easier.

Easy yet so flavorful. My husband loved it. Will definitely be making this again. Didn't modify anything.
