I’ve been going through a lot of medical treatments and haven’t felt very well so my husband made this for us. It was a quick easy one pan recipe that tasted great!! We always keep sausage in the fridge and freezer. I have several recipes that we can choose from and each are not only easy but tasty. And usually I have everything for at least one of the recipes at home. I loved this one not only because it tasted great but because of the veggies and using 2 sausages made it last for several days. I’m also sure that all of our grandchildren would have loved it...!! The only change I’ll make next time is...I’ll use cut green beans instead of the long ones. They don’t reheat as well. Thanks for a great recipe!!
