- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine (good quality)
- 14 oz. low sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup flour (I like to use Wondra flour)

Excellent taste. Relatively easy. My husband loved it. The kids love anything I make, so their vote doesn’t count.
