  • 12 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 6 ounces fresh mozzarella (log, cut into 1/4 inch slices)
