    Delicious and so very easy! Also tried it with fish, works fine too. Just use different herbs for another taste.

    It was very easy and very delicious. Big home run in my house. Added mushrooms to the veggies and roasted the tomatoes too. Super easy and highly recommend!

    Simple and only one pan and delicious! This recipe has everything. My only tweak was using a large chopped tomato since I didn't have any grape tomatoes.
