Enjoyed this even left over when less crunchy! Pretty easy, quick to cook and good!

Such an easy recipe to make and it makes so much food. I made mine with green beans and potatoes. I ended up turning the temp down to 325 after awhile because it made our smoke alarm go off so had to cook it longer. So good though!

It was very easy and very delicious. Big home run in my house. Added mushrooms to the veggies and roasted the tomatoes too. Super easy and highly recommend!

Simple and only one pan and delicious! This recipe has everything. My only tweak was using a large chopped tomato since I didn't have any grape tomatoes.
