So good!!! I never leave reviews and I had to for this one. SO flavorful and easy to make!

This is DELICIOUS! I added large sliced portobello mushrooms and a red pepper and used instant coconut rice! Honestly I could eat this whole bowl! I ate with and without lime. Yum!
