It was okay, not a huge hit but we will try it again. More tomato flavor than anything else, will try with cheese next time.

Very good. Two lbs of meat is a lot for just me and my daughter. I made it with one lb and reduced the ingredients accordingly. I think I might drain the fat out of the beef once it's browned, it was a little greasy but very tasty and very easy.

I used all of the ingredients and some that were not included. I adjusted all of the measurements. Like other reviews, the recommended seasoning measurements need to be doubled. I added a tsp of italian seasoning. i used 1 cup of white rice and 1 cup of spanish rice bc thats what i had on hand. Also, I only used about 16oz of the recommended 32oz beef broth. It turned out really well. I will use the adjusted version of the recipe again.

Although this was easy, it needed more flavour. I suggest adding more than it calls for.

Good one. Definitely taste as you go so you can season to your taste. Will probably make this again, but will actually stuff it in the peppers

Really tasty and easy to make. Like the other reviewer I used half ground turkey/half beef and it was still delicious. The brown basmati rice I used required a bit longer to cook, 25-30 minutes, but it was still a great, quick weeknight meal. I will definitely make again.

So filling! Very easy and simple. We used half ground turkey and half very lean ground beef and it was still super flavorful and juicy.
