This was pretty good. It calls for 5-6 zucchinis but two will do the job. The zoodles also make liquid and thin out the sauce.

This was absolutely delicious! I used frozen zoodles since that’s what I had on hand, so they came out a bit mushy, but overall, the flavor was yummy!!

This was a good dish that I’ll make again next time I’d grill the chicken

Don't add cornstarch to the sauce like the instructions say. It turns everything into a big pot of goo. Pretty major lack of flavor as well. Generally was very gross. Pretty much had to throw it all out.

it wasn't very nice 😕, but I guess it would be much better with proper noodles

Loved it! Flavors were so good, I used one package of zoodles but next time will do 1 1/2 package.

Amazing! First time using “zoodles” so I thought it looked like a ton. I doubled the sauce to cover it and then had way too much sauce of course. Next time, I will follow the recipe exactly. They know what they’re doing! 😂

Never made zoodles before, but it turned out so good!! We ended up using maybe 3.5-4 zucchinis and made some extra sauce, since we ended up with so much food. Once you find the right zucchini-to-sauce ratio, it's delicious!

This was great. I added extra soy sauce for the noddles but you couldn’t even tell they were zucchini definitely a favorite and will make again

Delicious! And easy to make using ingredients I already had in my cupboards, which makes a really nice change and is a definite plus. Went down a treat — I’ll definitely make this again!

Delicious! This recipe now joins my other yum favorites. I added broccoli along with the zoodles, and, because I don't eat meat or poultry, I sauteed tofu in another skillet in some of the sauce.

delicious!
took advice from previous reviews in decreasing rice vinegar and honey. will definitely make it again

One kid really liked it and another really did not. We cut the soy sauce in half and am very glad we did as it was very pronounced in the sauce as it was. Definitely doesn’t need any salt anywhere else on the dish.

I’ll cook this again with some changes. Needs more veggies (broccoli, carrots, snow peas, etc...). Need to sauté zoodles by themselves so the sauce doesn’t overpower them. Add a side like spring/egg rolls.

We really liked this, although if I make it again I will cut the vinegar down to 1 T. It was a little too vinegary for our tastes. Also, I used 2 T. of honey I will be going to the store tomorrow to buy a noodler...using a veggie peeler was a pain in the patootie! I served it over jasmine rice.

Great sauce and turned out really good My husband does not like zucchini so I used thin spaghetti noodles

Pretty tasty, only added 3tbsp of honey and added bell peppers. I’ll keep it in my arsenal for a lazy one pot 20-min recipe kind of night!

It was really good! It was a bit on the sweeter side so if u like it more savory I would use less honey or a bit more soy.
