I liked the ease of making and clean up, but it tasted just okay.

My kids love this! Will add to my list of things to make over & over!
Over all taste good. However, needed to add some form of salt. I used garlic salt.

I have made this several times, and we love it! A couple things I did differently was to substitute some of the water with a can of beef broth. For the diced tomatoes I use RoTel Diced Tomatoes with Lime and Cilantro. Also, right before I add the cheese, I stir in 2-4 oz of cream cheese, because I'm a bad, bad girl. And I top it with sour cream... my family loves dairy.
