- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 14 oz. orecchiette (or other pasta)
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts (quartered and drained)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 4 oz. cheese (goat's, sliced into rounds-1 for each serving)
- Italian parsley (Fresh chopped, for garnish, optional)
