    My kids and I really liked this. I like the easy clean up with one pot and it’s a great way to sneak lots of healthy veggies into dinner. I added yellow bell pepper and red onions a with the carrot, used fresh parsley instead of dry, and added chicken. Not only did it taste great but it looked beautiful :)
