Very good and easy...tastes like a risotto. I used a mix of mushrooms and leftover turkey broth. I added walnut piece and some roasted chestnuts. I think I'll add some roasted garlic next time.

I made this with 1 C white rice, 1 can of chicken broth and 1 green onion (green parts) instead of brown rice, vegetable broth and chives.
Really easy and flavorful. I would definitely make it again.

Simple but great! I made the rice separate and added in at the end and used chicken broth for some extra flavor.

First dish I ever cooked with mushrooms. It was delicious, and I served it as a main.

the brown rice took quite a bit longer than I thought, but the taste is phenomenal! I subbed chicken for the veggie stock, just to make it a bit richer. Depending on how the fam likes it, will DEFINITELY make again
