It was very good. Everyone in the house loved it. I tweaked a few things. I did not put cherry tomatoes but I did put more diced tomatoes. I did not put as much garlic and onions as it called for. Other than that pretty much the same. Yum

This made a lot which was OK because it was just as good for left overs! It was easy and healthy. I didn't have any grape tomatoes but I don't think it made any difference. I also added some greek seasoning and a shake or two of red pepper flakes. I will definitely make it again
