Turned out great! Definitely tastes like a loaded baked potato! My gnocchi definitely didn’t take 5 minutes to get tender, and it was a bit more watery than I was expecting, I had to add a bit of heavy whipping cream and a little extra cheese to thicken it up a bit. My husband absolutely loved it tho and asked me to make it again in the future!

Most excellent! This one has definitely made my list of do-again recipes. We mixed in some steamed broccoli, which was fabulous. My son even ate it, even though he hates broccoli.

Just made this for the first time and we really liked it. I didn’t need to tweak the recipe either. (Except I added extra bacon 😎🤗)
It made just enough for my husband and I to share, so if you have a family of more than 2 I suggest doubling the recipe.

i like this recipe and i fully enjoyed it. it had a nice hint of pepper and was amazing and the whole family said" OMG this is so amazing did a professional chef make this"
