- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- 1 tsp. dried basil (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- 1 oz. petite diced tomatoes (undrained 14.5)
- 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- salt
- pepper
- fresh parsley (Optional: chopped, for garnish)
