- 1/3 cup soy sauce (Can substitute with reduced sodium soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

This was so easy to make, but it tastes like it took a lot of prep. I got it ready, threw it in the oven and went to yoga. My daughter pulled it out after 55 minutes and it was hot and ready to go when I got home. I did add garlic to the marinade as well as the garlic called for in the recipe. I also added 2 tsp chili garlic paste. Loved the simplicity.
