- half-and-half (or whole milk)

- fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 large white onion (diced; about 1/2 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups pasta shells (Uncooked, I used Orecchiette)
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 cup ham (diced)
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
