Delicious! It tasted lighter than other recipes since it has sour cream. It's a simple recipe to follow and easy cleanup. I loved it! I only changed the mushrooms to diced instead of sliced.

My husband doesn't like super creamy dishes and this was a nice compromise for still having beef stroganoff. I will definitely be making it again!
