Cheap and easy to make, the perfect weeknight meal. I used a splash of regular milk instead of heavy cream and it came out good

Perfect for cold weather... I added 1 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, and used 14 oz diced tomatoes instead of 7 oz. Delicious!
