- 1 oz. low fat cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

It definitely was creamy but, although I used additional gruyere and cheddar as well as additonal salt and pepper (not to mention both onion and garlic powders), it was STILL bland. Probably wouldn't make again, to be completely honest.

I made this and it was delicious! I used smoked gruyere chesses (because that's all I could find at the little store in town) and didn't have enough of the cheddar so I tossed some Colbyjack on top too. I put it over a bed of rice and it was great! I will definitely make this again!
