Good. I daresay it makes more than 6 servings. Also 2 tbsp chili powder is too much. We used 1 tbsp and even then, the kids could barely handle it. Also we completely forgot the cheese and just sprinkled some on each person's plate, and it was lovely. Definitely don't need 3c of cheddar. We also added lots more milk (maybe 3c total), as the pasta sucked it all up.

So good! I did cook the pasta separately because I didn’t have a clean pan big enough to fit all the ingredients in I didn’t use beef broth which I’m sure would have been even better I boiled the pasta in water I did add the milk and simmered the chili until the pasta was finished . I drained the pasta and then combines everything into the pasta pot. It was Yummly and my husband had seconds which he doesn’t often have.
