I made this with chicken breast because that’s what I had. Once I added the chicken stock all the flavors and seasonings disappeared I had to re-season. It tasted bland and my broth wasn’t dark like the picture it was pale.

I used chicken breasts unstead of thighs because that is what I had on hand. It turned out to be a paler broth than the color in the picture. Personally it was bland to me. My family said it tasted fresh, but we had quite a bit leftover. I probably will not make this again.

I made this the other day, and it came out great. But there are somethings I would change; first add a larger portion of meat, second add the meat after the first burn. To do this you will need to cook your chicken at the end. This way you have nice size chunks of chicken. I

So good. Lots of flavor and relatively easy to make!

Highly recommended! I admit the first time I made this recipe, I was a little scared it would turn out to be pretty bland but it was the total opposite. The spices work really well together to give this stew a flavorful and hearty taste. It's also easy to make.

Great stew, I didn't add the bay leaf but it was still pretty good. Easy to make and made 5 or so bowls

Turned out perfect a little more pale than the picture suggests but kids & partner loved it! Highly recommend it

This turned out so nicely. I added mushrooms and a parsnip but didn't change anything else. A huge hit that I will be making again.

Made it for dinner. My Husband and I liked it. The broth has a great flavor. I think I will add some Swiss Chard wilts quick in hot liquid. This will now become a go to for my Fall and Winter dishes

Best chicken soup I've ever had! made it exactly as recipe stated and it was perfect. I did have some fresh thyme on hand so I added a bit after it was cooked and that was a nice touch.

This was really delicious. Had lots of flavor and the use of the chicken thighs gave it some fat which made the soup taste bolder.
