Pretty decent meal. I didn't use the avocado in top but followed the recipe otherwise. Might make again.

So easy and delicious! Came out a little soupy, I might add less broth next time or let it simmer longer

I was definitely not disappointed with this recipe it was very tasty! I didn’t put the avocado on top because the one I bought had not ripened but I didn’t really miss it this had a lot of flavor. I used bow tie pasta but any pasta will do that is just what I had in my cabinet.

My family loved it. I didn't have Rotel so I used diced tomato with onion, bell pepper and celery because that is all I had and it still tasted so good. All I did was add a little bit more cumin and chili powder. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is FANTASTIC!!! We loved it, so tasty and flavorful. I didn’t have caned tomatoes so I used fresh and I was out of regular paprika so I used smoked paprika. We couldn’t believe how good this was!

Love it!! I didn't add the chilli powder because I have kids, it turned out to be delicious anyway!!
