- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 lb. sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces, about 4 cups)
- 8 cups spinach (or kale, loosely packed)

I needed to add more liquid, and I added more curry powder as well, but overall we enjoyed this dish. It was my first at-home curry and it was easier than I expected. It’s a flexible recipe and I will definitely make this again!
