My boyfriend and I were both pleasantly surprised by this dish. I would make this again.

I made this and it turned out quite nicely.
I added in some broccoli and carrot (from the coles microwave vegetable range).
I made a pumpkin purée from microwave butternut pumpkin (we don't have pumpkin purée that I could find).
I also added in a chicken breast.
Was a hit with my man.
