Love this recipe! Super simple and delicious. I honestly add more red pepper to top with, and also mix in grated vegan Parmesan before serving to make it a little creamier.

great flavour! it was my first time making orzo and i couldn't be happier with how it turned out - i'll definitely be making this recipe again
