Delicious! I used passata instead of tinned tomatoes for a smoother sauce and tastier I think as less watery. I didn’t use all the herbs stated, I used dried oregano and fresh basil in the sauce and added a little pinch of chilli powder to the meatballs for extra flavour.

Excellent! Loved the spaghetti cooked in the sauce! Cooked it down for longer as I love a thick sauce, meatballs stayed moist and juicy.
