This was a good dish. Add your own spices/herbs. If I make it again, I will cook the rice separately - it was taking a long time to get tender enough in the pan.

It was delicious! We served it as a topping bar with the veggies on the side. It allowed for my picker eatiers to enjoy the meal too!

Turned out great. I used 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice. Also skipped the tomato sauce, so not sure what that would have added. Overall a very good meal.
