- 3/4 cup low sodium chicken stock
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (or whole-grain Dijon)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh sage (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped)

It was good enough, and really easy. I used a different recipe to cook the meat and added it to the apple mixture in this recipe.

I heavily modified this recipe. Salt and pepper are never enough to season meat with. Also, the cook time. No way I can be convinced pork chops can be cooked that quickly with a simple 3 minute sear and another 3 mins in the pan. I ended up throwing them in the oven to cook decently.
