I made this using frozen zoodles. I would NOT recommend doing this as it made the dish watery and diluted the pesto flavor. That may be why the dish was relatively flavorless, but this was a complaint in other reviews. A little salt made it better

We cut our zoodles too thin, but everything else was perfect. Left out the red pepper (didn’t have it on hand) and cooked the cherry tomatoes with EVOO and a little salt until they broke down a bit first, then added grilled chicken and zoodles. Mixed the pesto and cheese in last. I will be adding this to my regular rotation!

Really simple and tasted good, though I cheated by using ordinary cheddar cheese, which was a mistake because of course mozzarella sticks to the other food, which is the point! It still tasted of pesto and cheese though, which I think is a great combination with chicken. Also I ended up with a plateful of four different vegetables, which is always a good thing. I shall make it again, though I think oven-baked chicken parmigiana wins over this one.

Good. I modified (no tomatoes at home). Also added bacon bits (homemade) and maybe a tad too much pesto which made it a tad greasy but overall super yummy!

It was fantastic and so, so quick to make. I topped each dish with a drizzle of balsamic reduction which I make and keep in my fridge. My family has already requested a repeat soon. ❤️

Simple to make & very filling. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make the zucchini as thin as I would've liked (which would have given it a more pasta-like feel) but still great either way!

Always trying to squeeze more vegetables into the dinner meal and this certainly did the trick. My family loved it. My husband wants me to make it again and add just a little bit of pasta.

Didn't like it that much but it's ok. Too much zucchini for my and taste and a lack of flavor didn't help.
