- 8 oz. pasta (your choice made according to directions -- al dente!)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 1 orange)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. red onion (finely chopped, or shallot)
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 lb. shrimp (wild-caught, peeled and deveined)
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoning (Tuscan style, ours has salt in it - if yours doesn't you'll have to add some)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Orange (medium, cut into slices)
- 1 lemon (medium, cut into slices)
- parsley leaves (for garnish, optional)
- orange slices (Additional, for garnish, optional)
