It’s pretty good. Not a huge fan of black beans. Think I’ll try chorizo instead of the beans next time. Maybe some pinto would be okay.

Really easy and tasty. I would add more spices and extra cilantro, I didn't have enough, but quite good.

Loved it with a few switches Added cayenne instead of jalapeño, doubled the tomatoes and the avocado forgot the corn. Very tasty it has become one of our staples

It was fine without the jalapeño, but my partner still found the chilis in the ro-tel too hot. We both liked the texture and combination

Delish been making this for several years -last night substituted a can of crushed fire roasted tomatoes instead of diced (along with double the spices and a few dashes of coriander and smoked paprika) and it was delightful. The crushed tomatoes made the dish creamier and distributed the tomato flavor better. Looking forward to lunch today 🙃

This is definitely worth making. I added 2 cans of beans and doubled the spices. It’s a great meatless meal.

Delicious, and this can be amended to your preferences. I add a pint of hot pico to the pan, and I added sofritas tofu as well. Top it with some shredded Mexican cheese for some cheesy goodness. Yum!

I was missing a few ingredients but faked my way through with a few changes, it was great but I would like to try it as written I think it would be even better!

Not good. I followed the directions but didn’t like it at all. It was bland and the texture was like a paste. We ended up throwing it away. Couldn’t even finish it.

Super good and easy to make! Healthy too! I mixed this at times with vegan cheese but it doesn’t need it.

So tasty and easy, doubled the black beans and added some more seasoning. Would have been great with some seitan or TVP added in as well.
