It has a lot of potential, but it came out kind of bland. It needs salt! I only salted the chicken, but that wasn’t enough. Next time I’m going to cut my chicken into smaller pieces and season them more thoroughly. I won’t cook the chicken as long either because it turned out dry this time. I read some comments about adding corn and black beans, so I’ll probably add those next time for extra flavor.
