I don't normally write reviews, but I had to for this one. It was delicious, a delightful combination of spicy and sweet. I cannot wait to eat this again tomorrow. I expect the flavors will be even more melded then!

Flavor is there but too sweet. I will use 1-2 tbsp of honey next time I make this instead of 1/4 cup the recipe calls for.

It was delicious, especially after we’d let the leftovers sit in the fridge overnight. The tomatoes really acquired the sweetness and carried right into the spice. Lovely recipe.
