    The recipe was dead on for cooking times and method, and I liked the suggestion of serving it over quinoa, which I cooked in chicken broth. The meal came out good, but a little plain. I think this Dish has great potential and just needs a little more oomph in the herb/spice area, I'm just not experienced enough to know what to spice it up with :-) I'm looking forward to reading suggestions made to do just that.
