This casserole was very tasty. I left out the sun-dried tomatoes (as my kids won't touch them), added some almond milk with the water to the rice and mixed in some minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I enjoyed this meal very much. My 7 year old and 3 year old were fans too. I'll definitely be making this meal again.
