The pasta turned out really good, though it was not as moist as I would have loved it to be..I will definitely try it again

My family is lactose intolerate so i nixed the cream and cheese, added butter, lactose milk and choi vegan cheese and added some basil, and it was delicious! i didn't have tomatoes with just green chilies, but they also had celery and onions and it was just awesome!
