- 1/4 cup italian salad dressing (I recommend using Kraft light Italian it's the perfect consistency for this and it's what I used)
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
- 1 1/4 lb. chicken breast tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus (trimmed of tough ends, chopped into 2-inch pieces, look for thinner stalks. Green beans are another good option)
- 1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)

I only cooked the chicken didn’t have any of the other things. I had to use Malt vinegar but it turned out pretty good. My daughter and I enjoyed it.

Delicious. Love the tartness of the balsamic vinegar. Vegetables were nice and crisp. My cousin had never liked asparagus but she'd never had fresh before apparently.
Simple to make and a great quick dinner with little cleanup. Perfect for dinner after working all day.

this was really good. and quick and simple to make. i only used about a tsp of honey because that's all i had and i wanted less sugar

it was really good and of course i added a little more spice, garlic with green beans and basmati ric.

It needed some spices to jazz it up a little but it was delicious! I used green beans, roasted red pepper, some asparagus and garlic with whole chicken breasts

The whole family enjoyed it. I served it with cauliflower rice, which rounded it out nicely.

Surprisingly quite tasty. I was worried about the flavor being imparted to the chicken since it didn't cook that long in the dressing but it turned out great. Served it with mashed potatoes. The hub loved it.

This was a great recipe. Absolutely loved it. I substituted green beans for asparagus and chopped carrots but it was still delicious. Will definitely make again.

Used balsamic salad dressing instead of Italian & it was so tasty & flavorful. Also substituted zucchini for the carrots, it paired nicely with the asparagus & the chicken. This is an amazing healthy option.

Excellent second time making. It .You could put it on top of spaghetti if you want .Fast ,easy and absolutely delicious!!!

I may have messed it up but the balsamic flavor was a little too strong. I might use a little less next time. overall it was delicious.

Didn’t have Italian dressing so I substituted for a tomato basil and it was delicious!!

Awesome! Used green beans instead of asparagus and balsamic glaze instead of vinegar.

Very good! The whole family enjoyed it, even the picky kids. Will absolutely add this to the rotation
