I used regular sugar instead (1 packet = 2 tsps Stevia, therefore total 2 tsp sugar). 1 pack coconut cream = 140 gm therefore increased quantities by about 1.5x. Should add Rice Krispies or puffed quinoa for extra crunch. Coated with 1 cup milk chocolate with 3 Tb coconut oil (this was too much by about 2x) but melted in my hands really quickly: should make it into bite sized squares instead of bars next time.

Loved it! Really creamy and easy to make. I had to be patient for those 2 hours to pass by, but it was worth the wait.

A great snack when you're craving a candy bar! I added toasted almonds before freezing.

Very easy to make, the choc coating is delish but the coconut mixture lacks somehow...I will try them again and add some agave syrup and a bit more vanilla. Love this snack idea though!

I really like this recipe! I did add a little more coconut cream and a bit of maple syrup to the coconut mixture. I will enjoy this little snack that is healthy!
