Tasted great (with a few tweaks).
I rubbed spices into chicken (paprika, garlic granules, dry parsley and thyme, salt and pepper, a little Cyrene pepper, brown sugar), seared and removed from pan before frying veg and adding rice. I added seared chicken when I knew rice had 15mins or so left to cook. Used 300gms of rice for 4 people, plus added half a small carton of passata as well as a extra water. Used brown long grain which took about 40mins to cook. Lastly, I added remaining spice mix into rice with tomatoes.

It came out quite bland. I added a couple tea spoons of garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and a dash of cayenne.

Tasty but I had to add more water for the rice to cook and so the overall cooking time was longer. This may have been because it was brown rice though?

Really delicious and easy to make. The cheese on top of the rice when serving just completes the dish
