I would definitely make these again! They would also be good with mini chocolate chips, nuts, and or dried cherries.

The brownies are delicious! I used all-purpose flour as gluten isn’t a worry for me, and it still turned out perfectly good. They don’t taste very strongly of pumpkin, so if you want that flavour to shine through you may want to add a little bit more, but be careful as that could thin out the mixture. The brownies turned out a little cakier in texture than fudgy, but I like it.
