I doubled the recipe and used canna-oil. Used less sugar and cocoa powder for a friend who likes things to be less sweet. The taste is good but the texture is not as fudgy as expected. Much more cakey and crumbly. I assume it is the flax seed meal, but the brownies are a bit mealy as you bite into bigger chunks in the flour
