Based on reviews, I added a few ingredients, as I thought they would be boring without them. I added chopped, sauteed medium-sized onion and one large orange pepper. I left out the smoked paprika as we do not prefer a smokey taste. They turned out great!!! One note: Pour the mix just below the muffin pan line or the egg/cheese mix will overflow as it cooks in the oven. It happened to us.

These are soo good, so easy, and filling. Great on-the-go breakfast during the work week. I have made these with turkey bacon, and added flax seed. I have also tried making them with Tater Tots and soyrizo. Yum!

Delicious and very easy to make! I put ham, mozzarella, tomato, and green onion and it came out delicious!

These were super easy to make and came out really well! Added some hot sauce when serving; amazing how they stay in tact. Perfect on the go snack, will definitely make again!

Love these! My kids devour them. I add avocado, green pepper, onion and ham all chopped into fine pieces and some everything seasoning with a little Mrs. Dash and minced garlic. 😋😋😋😋

muffins were great. I use them for a quick breakfast before work. lasts all week. l used smoked sausage instead of bacon and added a small amount of hot sauce to the eggs for a little extra flavor. l always seem to have left over ingredience, so I'm looking for a larger size muffin tin.

Unfortunately I used turkey bacon instead so I’ll definitely use regular bacon next time and extra paprika! Loved how quick and easy they were! Used mild salsa to dip them in 😍

I made these in a square Pyrex dish and cut up into 6 squares. Much easier for me to take to work this way but still super tasty and filling. I added green pepper for extra veg. Will definitely make these again 👍🏻

Delicious! I used farm fresh eggs so reduced the recipe to 10. Used sausage instead of bacon because that’s what I had. Thanks for the great recipe!!

these are great on the go. i added chives and sprinkled in some bisquick to make them more like an egg muffin.

i didn't make it with the same ingredients just made cheese with seasoning because it's all I had for the moment the kids love them and so did the big kids. I'm going to make him again more kid friendly and more ingredients then I will repost with a picture..
