    added peppers of all colour, red onion plus feta It was yummly and I will make it again It was tasty quick to make and all ingredients were in my fridge

    I just made this with several additions I chopped mushrooms, green pepper, onions, tomato and ham in a bowl. Microwaved for 2 minutes. Mixed 3 eggs with a dash of milk and some shredded cheese, little salt. Microwaved for 2 min. then stirred, added little more shredded cheese and continued cooking in microwave for another minute I had cooked 2 slices of bacon and crumbled on top. I am eating it now and it is very tasty. Love all the ingredients. Will surely make it again. Mega stars.

    It was delicious and it was easy tonmake, not a lot of mess to clean up and you could add other vegi give it vegetables to it love it simplicity I would give it 10 stars
