- 1/2 cup millet flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch (this ingredient is critical. If you use a different GF flour, it will not be as soft and moist)
- 2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3 free range eggs (organic)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup olive oil (good quality, I promise, it doesn’t taste)
- 1 cup ginger (kombucha, open the bottle and let it breathe for a few minutes so that it’s not bubbling too much)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Earth Balance (regular container, 368 g of organic, vegan buttery spread)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. beet juice
- 2 cups icing sugar (organic)
- sprinkles (Optional organic, for decoration)
