- 1 lb. italian sausage (removed from casing,, crumbled, slices, throw casing into parboiled potato broken into pieces)
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper flakes (or to your taste)
- 1 white onion (Large, peeled and rough diced)
- 4 bacon slices (Thick, roughly diced)
- 2 tsp. garlic puree
- 10 cups water (measure water from parboiled potatoes to use)
- 5 chicken (Bullion Cubes or Chicken Base Paste)
- 1 pt. heavy cream (or 1 Cup)
- 1/4 bunch kale (Fresh, stripped from stalk, cut into pieces or roughly julianned.)
