Turned out really great! Cooked it in a slow cooker. Substituted coconut cream for dairy cream and added sliced baby Bella mushrooms. Served it with garlic bread. Family devoured it….definitely a keeper!

Great soup!
Added some spinach at the last minute of simmering
Could have a couple of potatoes more and a will cut the dogs up smaller.
Will make again 😀

I substituted the pork sausage for Italian ground turkey and it taste amazing very simple recipe:)
